Daphne is a strategist, executive coach, and facilitator who has spent 15+ years in the fast-paced, high-stakes environments her clients navigate daily.
Daphne is a strategist, executive coach, and facilitator partnering with leaders from startups through established companies navigating growth and inflection points. Her experience ranges from MacGyvering as a humanitarian in Africa to offsites in polished boardrooms as a McKinsey consultant. A co-founder, executive, consultant, and board member, she has established a joint venture, strengthened governance, led change management for large transformations, and designed, launched, and scaled systems and structures from the ground up.
Having lived the fast-paced realities that her clients navigate daily, Daphne brings practical experience and strategic rigor to turning vision into real-world, measurable results, without burning through the team doing the work.
Clients describe Daphne as the Swiss army knife of advisors, moving seamlessly between high-level strategy and the detailed weeds of getting it done, all with genuine care. Whether she’s partnering with executives managing leadership gaps or individuals coming to a professional crossroads, she catalyzes momentum to achieve what they’re building, at work and in life.
