KB Kate Boyle
About

Kate works with managers and senior leaders navigating growth, change, and complexity — helping them build clarity and accountability while creating the conditions for their teams to think independently and thrive. Her work is grounded in a core belief: that the best leaders balance genuine care for people with high expectations. She helps leaders move from reactive, over-functioning patterns to a style that brings out the creativity, ownership, and potential in those around them.

Kate has spent her career designing and delivering leadership programs that shape culture in organizations going through growth and change. At gdR Talent she developed and facilitated programs for managers and senior leaders in scaling tech companies; at MaRS Discovery District she led an innovation and adaptive leadership fellowship; and at Strategisense Consulting she built the learning and development function from the ground up. Her approach to facilitation is coaching-first, always aiming for transformation, not just skill transfer.

Likes and interests

Kate is an East Coaster at heart who now calls Toronto home.

When she’s not nerding out on all things leadership, learning, and human potential — which, honestly, is most of the time — you’ll find her on a snowboard, deep in the woods, or mid-way through an ambitious multi-week road trip with her two kids and a very long podcast queue.

She loves to disappear into a good novel, laughs easily, and still can’t quite believe she gets to do work she finds this genuinely fascinating.
