As Global Director of Community for Toptal, Margaux led online community engagement for more than 20,000 tech freelancers in over 140 countries, while managing a globally distributed team operating across more than six countries. Earlier in her career, at the facial recognition tech startup Mexia, she helped bring people-tracking technology to international airports and major global events, including MWC Barcelona.
Margaux has graced major conference stages including South Summit, Web Summit Women in Tech, GITEX, Innovation Week Prague, Bits & Pretzels, and TechChill. Based in Canada, she has traveled to emcee and moderate stages from Brazil to Germany, Czechia, Latvia, Spain, the UK, the UAE, and across North America.
