Vicki Thompson Groff is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and brings nearly a decade of experience in executive and team coaching. She is the architect of KOHO Financial’s award-winning internal coaching program, where she led a team of coaches and learning & development professionals. Vicki later advanced to become KOHO’s Head of People & Culture, overseeing all aspects of the employee experience.

Today, Vicki leads her own coaching and training practice, partnering with organizations and leaders across a variety of industries. She specializes in 1:1 executive coaching, Team Coaching & Custom leadership development programs.

Recognized for her ability to unlock the potential of individuals and teams, Vicki’s approach is action-oriented, direct, and rooted in building high-trust relationships. She draws on a suite of certifications, including The Leadership Circle, Systemic Team Coaching, DISC, and Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching, to enhance her clients’ self-awareness and effectiveness
